No guessing required — here's exactly how a ride turns into a letter, and a letter turns into a trip.
Complete a paid group ride with at least 5 real riders — not counting any community/club account in the group — who each paid ₹600 or more to join, and see the ride through to the end together. Do that, and you get a shot at revealing one random letter, permanently yours, locked to that exact ride forever.
Letters are drawn from the pool used across this season's destination words, so almost every reveal pushes you closer to spelling one of them.
Every letter you reveal lands in your personal bank. You place it yourself, one tile at a time, onto the matching blank in any of this season's destination words — a letter only fits the slot it's actually needed for, so you're always spelling on purpose.
Complete every blank in a word using your own bank and a Claim Reward button appears. Be the rider who claims it before anyone else finishes that word, and you win a fully sponsored trip to that destination — plus a loyalty bonus based on how many paid rides you rode this season, up to a cap.
Every destination for the season is shown on the board from day one, but not all of them are open to claim yet — the ones marked "Coming Soon" will switch to "Still Open" as the season goes on. Keep collecting and placing letters for them anyway; when one opens up, you want your word ready to claim immediately.

None of this rewards rushing. A ride only qualifies once everyone in the group finishes it together — letters are earned by riding safely to the end, never by getting there first.
Only paid group rides that meet the ride requirements above reveal a letter — free rides don't count toward Ride & Spell, though they still move your RNRC rank forward.
