Community Collaboration Policy

1. About the Program

Rydora partners with select riding and camping communities to sponsor well-organized rides and events. The goal is simple: help genuine, active communities run bigger, safer, better-produced rides — and grow the Rydora riding ecosystem together.

Sponsorship under this program is available exclusively to rides run as Pay & Ride Groups on the Rydora app. This ensures every contribution, refund, and payout is transparent and verifiable, and it's what allows Rydora to confirm budgets and release funds quickly.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Before a ride can be considered for sponsorship, it must meet every condition below.

3. How the Minimum Per-Member Contribution Is Calculated

Every sponsored ride's per-member fee must meet or exceed the following formula:

These minimums cover shared costs — fuel for lead and backup vehicles, tolls, permits, and common meals — not each rider's personal fuel, which remains their own expense.

4. Sponsorship Tiers & Maximum Approved Budget

The amount shown for each tier is a ceiling, confirmed only after the ride is verified — not a guaranteed payout.

Tier 4 specifically requires an overnight stay as part of the itinerary — a same-day ride cannot be placed in Tier 4 even with 10+ members.

5. Gift & Reward Budget

In addition to the operational budget in Section 4, each tier carries its own gift and reward allowance.

6. Content You'll Need to Share

Every sponsored ride must generate the following content, all shared within the same 7-working-day settlement window that follows the event:

• 5 rider feedback videos — posted on personal Instagram accounts, tagging Rydora.
• 5 community Reels — posted on the official community Instagram account.
• 30 candid event photos — capturing the ride or event as it happened.

These deliverables are verified before the final sponsorship payment is released.

7. How to Apply

1. Submit your request at least 10 working days ahead of the event, including the event date, route and distance, number of nights and stay type, expected member count, per-member fee, and your Pay & Ride group ID.
2. Rydora verifies your community's partner status and checks the request against the eligibility requirements in Section 2.
3. Provisional tier approval is issued so you can plan the ride with a confirmed budget ceiling in mind — final confirmation depends on verified in-app payments on the day, not projected numbers.
4. Run the ride, collecting all member contributions exclusively through Rydora Pay & Ride — no off-app payments at any point.
5. Final approval is confirmed within 3 working days after the ride, based on actual verified attendance and payments.
6. Submit your content deliverables — the feedback videos, Reels, and photos described in Section 6.
7. Approved amounts are released within 7 working days, via wallet credit, bank transfer, or direct procurement.

8. Keeping Your Sponsorship Valid

• Sponsorship is voided if any amount is collected outside the app.
• The approved budget is recalculated if members are refunded.
• Requests are disqualified if duplicate or fake accounts are used to reach the member-count threshold, and the community's future eligibility is put under review.
• If payment moves off-app mid-event, the sponsorship is forfeited and the community's trust-building window resets.
• Route and night-stay details are verified against the in-app mapped route.
• Payment is held until all content deliverables are verified.
• Communities must manage all events and meetups — sponsored or not — on the Rydora app.

9. Quick-Reference Checklist

• Create your event as a Pay & Ride Group — Free Ride groups are never eligible
• Confirm your community has an active partnership on file with Rydora
• Line up at least 15 paid members (10+ for camping/multi-day events with a night stay)
• Price your per-member contribution at or above the calculated minimum — ₹3/km of route distance, plus ₹800–₹1,500 per night for multi-day stays
• Submit your request at least 10 working days in advance
• Collect 100% of payments through the app — no off-app or cash collection
• Plan for 5 rider feedback videos, 5 community Reels tagging Rydora, and 30 candid HD photos to be shared with Rydora
